Orders and calculations

In order to process the order or carry out calculations, we need:

Powder painting

Powder painting is a process of coating metal parts with paint in a powder form. The powder is then cured in a curing chamber. The entire process of applying colour must be preceded by a careful cleaning of the painted item. The elements painted in this way are characterized by incomparable resistance with traditional painting on wet corrosion and have attractive appearance for a very long time.

Shot blasting

All painted details in order to remove corrosion and grease from the metal surface is subjected to treatment called shot blasting. This procedure allows for complete cleaning of the machined surface, which prevents the appearance of corrosion on the painted parts. This process gives the corresponding roughness of the material being processed, which allows for proper adhesion of paints.
